-A: If your dress is not in stock and for some reason we cannot order it , we will notify you and give you other options to choose from or you can cancel your order. You can provide other of your favorite dress style pictures, after confirmation, we will reply you asap.

#Q: Can I see the dress in other colors?

-A: Unfortunately we are only allowed to send or post pictures provided to us by the manufacturers of the dresses we sell. Not all colors of the dresses are pictured by the manufacturers and therefore all the pictures you see are the only ones we have available. Only thing you can try to do is find another dress by that same company called the same color and it will be the same depending on the fabric.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation
