1. Light shooting and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing. The measurement allowed error is +/- 1-3cm.
2. It is normal that silicone products may have some odor since vulcanizer (a kind of catalyst which plays an important role in the molding process) is added to the raw material to make the finished products more flexible. Generally, most of the vulcanizer will volatile after the shaping, and the residue will be gone within few days. (The vulcanizer will do no harm to people’s health)
A small tip to remove the odor: keep the product in the saltwater for about half an hour, wash and dry it, the odor will disappear then.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
